CodeGuardian for Revit is an early-stage compliance platform for architecture, engineering, and construction teams. It helps architects and BIM teams identify building-code, documentation, and permit-readiness risks directly inside the Revit workflow, before issues create redesign cycles, coordination problems, or delays during review. The product is designed as an advisory tool that supports professional judgment rather than replacing it. CodeGuardian scans project information and model conditions, groups potential issues by priority, and helps teams understand what may need attention earlier in the design process. The current version includes a working Revit MVP, live website, and downloadable Windows/Revit installer. The next milestone is converting early usage into structured design partners and paid pilots with architecture, BIM, and AEC teams.
